Reynolds for President Campaign Announces Election Postponement Due to Inclement Weather
Office of Ryan Reynolds | December 10, 2025
(‼) THIS PRESS RELEASE BRINGS NEW INFORMATION ABOUT AN EVENT OCCURRING SOON.
Howell, MI – Due to hazardous weather conditions and the cancellation of classes at Howell Public Schools and local school districts, the Election Commission has decided to postpone the presidential election originally scheduled for today. The full experience election simulated by the county will not occur and cannot be rescheduled; instead class votes will take place.

The safety of our students, staff, and community members is our highest priority. In coordination with school administration and following the inclement weather cancellation, the Election Commission has made the decision to delay the election to ensure all eligible voters can safely participate in the democratic process.
Primary Election Date: Wednesday, December 11, 2025, during your class period.
Alternate Date: Should secondary road conditions fail to improve by tomorrow, the election will be moved to Thursday, December 12, 2025

FOR REITERATION!
The election that would've occurred during Flex today WILL NOT occur tomorrow on the 11th or in the future, it is cancelled. You will instead vote in class for candidates in your class hour. This has been a little up in the air, but it is cleared up now.
